4.1   Information on charges     Service charges are set by the rail transport operator Unicom Tranzit SA operating the Halmeu terminal.
                                 Access charge on the industrial rails of Halmeu working point is maximum 6.09 lei/convoy/ passing. Tariff applis regardless of
                                 the number and type of rail vehicles composing the convoy or of an isolated locomotive. Prices for the handling and storage
                                 services provided within the service infrastructure are defined equally for each asking customer depending on the type of
                                 service, its duration and necessary resources and are calculated in lei/ton or euro/ton. Access and fuel supply fees are
                                 included in the price of contracts concluded by Unicom Holding with its customers / the beneficiaries of the freight terminal
                                 services. We do not charge fees for services related to fuel supply. The fuel price is variable and is mutually agreed upon by
                                 the parties through buyer orders confirmed by the seller Unicom Holding SA; it is updated daily based on fuel price trends on
                                 the national and international markets, exchange rate fluctuations, or official changes made by domestic producers via official
                                 notices or websites. Furthermore, increases resulting from normative acts affecting sale price components (e.g., excise duty
                                 level, VAT, etc.) shall modify the sale price accordingly and be reflected in the fuel price level, becoming mandatory for the
                                 parties as of the effective date of said normative acts.For the access on the industrial rails of Halmeu working point is also

                                 charged the usage fee for transit industrial rails for rail transport operators transiting the lines.
4.2   Information on discounts   there is no discount policy applied to tariffs for the access on the industrial railways.

5.1   Legal conditions           Based on a contract access convention negotiated with the clients, to specify the general terms and conditions to ensure access
                                 to the supply of service infrastructure with necessary conditions
5.2   Technical conditions        Industrial normal gauge line of 1435 mm, non-electrified, connected indirectly to the CFR Halmeu station, by the transit line
                                  property of CNMPN REMIN SA Baia Mare and operated by SC Unicom Tranzit SA : - maximum axle load 20.5 tons; - maximum
                                  admitted tonnage per convoy 860 tons; - maximum admitted length of convoy 225 m; maximum shunting speed 10 km/h;
                                  Industrial wide gauge line of 1520 mm, non-electrified connected indirectly to the CFR Halmeu station, by the industrial access
                                  line LFI 42L from UJ turnover 48 until the stopper and turnover no. 6UT: - maximum axle load 25 tons; - maximum admitted
                                  tonnage per convoy 700 tons; - maximum admitted length per convoy 120 m. – maximum shunting speed 10 km/h.
                                  Towing system : diesel, maximum shunting speed 10 km/h.
                                 Technical conditions allowing the operation of the industrial rails to be observed for the use of the service infrastructure
                                 (industrial rails for the access of the freight cars convoys to the unloading / loading fronts / transshipment ) are provided in the
