Access, including access by rail to service infrastructures (if any) and to services provided under these infrastructures - are the services provided by VTR for access to service infrastructures and services provided under these infrastructures, in particular non-discriminatory. The service infrastructure for which the related services are provided:

• - passenger stations, their buildings and other facilities, including the display of travel information and the appropriate

location for ticketing services; VTR does not have passenger stations -good terminals; VTR does not have freight terminals

• - sorting stations and train formation infrastructures, including maneuvering infrastructures;

2.2                                     VTR owns 3 lines for receiving / dispatching freight trains
      the services provided within
      these infrastructures             -maintenance infrastructure, except for capital maintenance infrastructure dedicated to high-speed trains or other types of
                                        rolling stock that require specific facilities;
                                        VTR does not have motor and towed rolling stock maintenance infrastructure
                                        -other technical infrastructure, including cleaning and washing facilities;
                                        VTR does not have cleaning and washing facilities

• - maritime and inland port infrastructures related to railway activities;

                                        VTR does not have port or maritime infrastructure
                                        -intervention infrastructures
                                        VTR does not have intervention infrastructures
                                        -fuel supply infrastructures and the supply of fuel in these infrastructures, the related tariffs having to appear separately
                                        on the invoices.
                                        VTR has no fuel supply infrastructure.
2.3        Shunting operation.          At the request of the OTF, empty / loaded wagons can be operated by rail.
