                                                                           2. Services
                                    The minimum access package represents the services provided by VTR to allow at least one train to transit on the managed

infrastructure without shunting services or other operations. The minimum access package is provided by VTR to any applicant in a non-discriminatory manner which includes the following:

• - a) processing the requests for the granting of railway infrastructure capacities;

-b) the right to use the granted infrastructure capacities;

• - c) the use of railway infrastructure, including switches and crossings;

                                    -d) railway traffic management, including signaling, regulation, dispatching activity as well as
                                    communication and provision of train traffic information;

• - e) use of power supply equipment for traction current, if available (no

includes electricity supply);

• - f) all other information necessary for the introduction or operation of the services for which they were provided
