        5       Several non-governmental organizations notified the N.C.C.D regarding statements
                made during a television broadcast, in which a public figure used a derogatory dis-
                course against women, associating their professional value exclusively with physical
                appearance, suggesting a lack of intellectual capacity and insinuating the acquisition
                of public offices based on personal criteria, to the detriment of competence.
