5. Conditions of access to the operated service infrastructures

5.1   Legal requirements             . Contracts for the use of GFR – OTF industrial transit lines
                                     –    Contract for the provision of manoeuvring services concluded between CFR SSVAC SA and CFR Marfa SA as OMF.
                                     OTF are holders of Transport License, Single Transport Certificate
                                      Technical book for wagon operation.

5.2   Technical conditions           Technical conditions to be complied with for the use of service infrastructures - type and maximum length of rolling stock, gauge, maximum tonnage
                                     are found in the LFI Operating Authorization and Regulations regarding the manner of carrying out the maneuvering/transport activity on the LFI
                                          All types of freight wagons, the length corresponds to 2x25 m, free passage gauge, emptying system, (central side) functional.
