Access in Dornesti station ensured by normal gauge transit lines no. 14, CN (property SNTFM CFR Marfa SA) or 15CN and 16CN (property  Compania Naţională de Căi Ferate “CFR” S.A. România TEF), by TDJ 46/48, over the diagonal 31-52 with access to the station lines by the turnovers post no.1, by the X end of the CFR Dornesti station. Charges 4.1 Information on charges Access charge on the industrial rails of Dornesti working point is maximum 6.09 lei/convoy/ passing. Tariff applies regardless of the number and type of rail vehicles composing the convoy or of and isolated locomotive. Prices for the freight handling and storage are defined equally for each client depending on the type of service, its duration and the necessary resources and are calculated in lei/ton or eur/ton Charges for the access and fuel supply are included in the contractual price between Unicom Holding and its clients / beneficiaries of the services in the freight terminal. We do not charge fees for services related to fuel supply. The fuel price is variable and is mutually agreed upon by the parties through buyer orders confirmed by the seller Unicom Holding SA; it is updated daily based on fuel price trends on the national and international markets, exchange rate fluctuations, or official changes made by domestic producers via official notices or websites. Furthermore, increases resulting from normative acts affecting sale price components (e.g., excise duty level, VAT, etc.) shall modify the sale price accordingly and be reflected in the fuel price level, becoming mandatory for the parties as of the effective date of said normative acts. For access to the industrial railway lines of the Dornesti work point, the LFI transit usage fee is also charged for upstream/OTF managers transiting the lines. The access fee for shunting convoys on the LFI on the Grup Feroviar Roman SA industrial line is 9.76 lei/convoy km, the shunting fee is 19.02 lei/shunting operation, the stationary tarif is 0.7 lei/wagon hour - the fees do not include VAT, fees that are re-invoiced to the railway transport operator. 4.2 Information on discounts there is no discount policy applied to tariffs for the access on industrial railways. 5.
