and also the process of victimization directed against the employee, the N.C.C.D.’s Steering Board sanctioned the respondent, in his capacity as mayor, with an admin- istrative fine amounting to 10,000 RON, pursuant to the provisions of article 2 para. 1) and art. 26 para. 1) of G.O. no. 137/2000 on the prevention and sanctioning of all forms of discrimination, as subsequently amended and supplemented, republished, in conjunction with the provisions of Article 8 of G.O. no.2/2001 on the legal system of administrative offences, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
