6. SERVICE CAPACITY ALLOCATION

6.1   Request of access      Based on the RTO applicant’s request, an access Contract is executed for the access to the railway infrastructure and associated
                             services – with a variable duration depending on the parties negotiations, after which the operation license for the industrial line is
                             modified – 30 days legal term for AFER to solve the request.
                             There is no type-model for the access request to the service infrastructures and its supplied services
6.2   Reply to requests      5 working days - deadline for the service infrastructure operator to reply to access/service supply requests, at the service
                             infrastructures
6.3   Available capacities     Restriction of operation of service infrastructure Drobeta Turnu Severin Terminal / working point (in conservation) for an
      and        temporary     undetermined period
