5.1.   Legal requirements                  The order of repairs from the beneficiaries to REVA SA, based on the existing repair contracts
5.2.   Technical conditions                    - Inscription of the wagon in the contour of the kinematic gauge for freight wagons, according to SR EN 15273-2;

• - The technical conditions provided in the specifications and the technical specifications for construction / repair of the beneficiaries;
• - Applicable European and national technical regulations

                                                               6. Allocation of service capacities provided by REVA SA - Sector II
6.1    Request for access                  It is sent to REVA SA, the repair order. REVA SA accepts the order and the arrived wagons are introduced on the industrial railways from sector II
                                           and on the production flows of the company.
6.2    Response to request                 The order is accepted or postponed within the limits of the construction / repair capacities available at that moment.
                                           Communicates by phone / writing / e-mail with applicants.
