                                   5. Conditions for access to the service infrastructures operated by SC TFIN SRL

5.2   Technical conditions         Maximum train length = 450 m
                                   The maximum tonnage of the wagon convoy that can be maneuvered on the station lines is 800 tons
                                   Exceptional transport and handling conditions are ensured on the receiving-dispatch lines.
5.3   Self-provision of services   In order to carry out railway transport operations, OTF has the following responsibilities: ownership operation (AVF of the
                                   locomotive) and ensuring the attestation, authorization and professional examination of its own staff with responsibilities in SC.

6.2   Response to request          If there are at the same time several requests for access to the service infrastructures and / or to the services provided within the
                                   infrastructures, they will be solved as far as possible from the respective moment in the station, in accordance with art. 13 para. 4
                                   of law 202/2016.
6.3   Available capacities and No changes are planned.
