                                    5. Conditions for access to the service infrastructures operated by SC TFIN SRL
5.1   Legal requirements            According          to          the         access      contract        on                 the           railway    infrastructure;

5.2   Technical conditions          Maximum train length = 450 m
                                    The maximum tonnage of the wagon convoy that can be maneuvered on the station lines is 1000 tons.
                                    The conditions of movement and handling of exceptional transports are ensured on the receiving-dispatch lines.
5.3   Self-provision of services    In order to carry out railway transport operations, OTF has the following responsibilities: ownership operation (AVF of the
                                    locomotive) and ensuring the attestation, authorization and professional examination of its own staff with responsibilities in SC.
