 6. Allocation of service capacities
6.1         Requesting access                 On the basis of the Line User Agreements concluded with OTF, access is requested by OTF through written notification to the
                                              representatives of LFI GFR Palas.

Applicants indicate in their applications: the service infrastructure or the railway services for which they request access or both

The application must include the following identification elements:

• - train number scheduled and approved by CNCF CFR SA
• - the dispatch station and the destination station, respectively the industrial line where the train will be entered for loading or unloading
• - arrival time according to the route approved by CFR in the access group on LFI PALAS
• - estimated length of stay on LFI PALAS
• - elements regarding the composition of the train: length, number of wagons, loaded / empty wagons, what goods are transported in

the wagons, other special transport conditions / maneuvers that must be observed / oversized wagons, exceeded tonnage, etc.

6.2          Response to request              It is done in compliance with the provisions of Law 202/2016, art. 13, para. 4 and Regulation 2177/2017, art.10. When the application
                                              does not contain all the information that is mandatory according to the description of the service infrastructure and necessary for taking
                                              a decision, the operator of the service infrastructure concerned shall inform the applicant accordingly and set a reasonable deadline for
                                              the submission of the missing information. If this information is not submitted within the respective deadline, the application will be
                                              rejected

• - The request is analyzed from all points of view (observance of all the elements of the request, respectively the analysis of the

available capacities) and an answer is sent;

• - The operation of trains/convoys on LFI is carried out according to RTE, AE and the Regulations annexed to AE LFI Palas;

                                              there are several requests for access to service infrastructures at the same time, they will be dealt with to the extent possible at the
                                              time.
