 4. Tariffs
4.1           Information on tariffs                         Single tariff for services offered: Convoy access, parking, shunting of railway vehicles on industrial railway lines-38
                                                             lei/rolling stock/day (physical wagon, locomotive).
4.2           Information on discounts on tariffs.           GRUP FEROVIAR ROMAN do not grant discounts on tariffs.

5. Access conditions

5.1           Legal requirements                             Line usage contracts concluded between GFR and OTF. OTF are holders of the Transport Licence, the Unique Safety
                                                             Certificate and the LFI introduced in the List annexed to the CUS.
5.2           Technical conditions                           The technical conditions to be respected for the use of the service infrastructures - type and maximum length of the
                                                             rolling stock, gauge, maximum tonnage allowed - CF HALMEU are included in the Operating Permit of the LFI and
                                                             Regulations on the way of carrying out the shunting/transport activity on the LFI HALMEU.

 6 . Allocation of service capacities

6.1           Requesting access               Requesting     On the basis of the Line User Agreements concluded with OTF, access is requested by OTF through written notification
                                              access         to the representatives of LFI GFR HALMEU.
6.2           Response to request             Response       It is done in compliance with the provisions of Law 202/2016, art. 13, para. 4 and Regulation 2177/2017, art.10.
