4.1     Information on tariffs                                Single tariff for services offered: Convoy access, parking, shunting of railway vehicles on industrial railway lines-38

5. Access conditions
5.1    Legal requirements                                     Line usage contracts concluded between GFR and OTF. OTF are holders of the Transport Licence, the Unique Safety
                                                              Certificate and the LFI introduced in the List annexed to the CUS.
5.2    Technical conditions                                   The technical conditions to be respected for the use of the service infrastructures - type and maximum length of
                                                              rolling stock, gauge, maximum tonnage allowed - LFI GFR Dornesti are included in the LFI Operating Permit and
                                                              Regulations on the way of carrying out the shunting/transport activity on the LFI GFR Dornesti.

 6 . Allocation of service capacities
6.1    Requesting access                       Requesting     On the basis of the Line User Agreements signed with OTF, access is requested by OTF through written notification

6.2    Response to request                     Response       It is done in compliance with the provisions of Law 202/2016, art. 13, para. 4 and Regulation 2177/2017, art.10.
