Service operators recommended model for describing service infrastructures

Romania Recommended Template for Posting on the Websites of the Service Facility Operators for the situation of service infrastructures representing leased lines from CFR stations Message for Service Operators and Service Suppliers Both Law 202/2016, which transposes Directive 2012/34, as well as Implementing Regulation 2017/2177 require that service operators and service suppliers connected to the CFR network and/or service suppliers within these facilities should provide information on the conditions and charges for getting access to their facilities and for the supply of services. In accordance with Article 5 (1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2017/2177 this information shall be included in the network statement, by means of a link to a website (own website or a c ommon portal) where this information is made available free of charge. In order to support the service operators and the service suppliers in describing their facilities and/or services, CFR SA has developed a template, presented below, which reflects all the conditions of the aforementioned implementing regulation. This template may be used b y the service operators and suppliers if they wish. This template is available in Romanian and English. The information must be published in two languages of the European Union. CNCF CFR SA shall not be responsible for the information supplied by the service facility operators. Station: .....
