Romania (*3) to be filled in with addresses, phone numbers, e-mails of the operators of the facilities existing at (*1) and the website where the requested information on the service facilities is displayed (*4) to be filled in with the date at which the document is updated or whenever there are additional updates (*5) to be filled in with the synthetic description of each Service Facility in accordance with Law No. 202/2016: (*6) to be filled in with one of the services described in accordance with Law No. 202/2016, Annex No. II, Sections 3 and 4: 3. Additional services may include: a) traction power; the relevant charges have to be specified on the invoices separately from the charges for the use of the electric power supplying equipment, without prejudice to the application of Directive 2009/72/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 concerning common rules for the internal market in electricity and repealing Directive 2003/54/EC transposed into the national legislation by means of Law on Electric Power and Natural Gas No. 123/2012, with its further amendments and supplements; b) pre-heating of passenger trains; c) specific contracts on: - the control of the transport of dangerous goods; - the assistance for the operation of special trains. 4. Ancillary services may include: a) access to the telecommunications networks; b) supply of additional information; c) technical inspection of the rolling stock: d) ticketing services in the passenger stations; e) the heavy maintenance services supplied within the facilities dedicated to the high-speed trains or other types of rolling stock that require specific facilities. (*7) a description of the technical characteristics of the service facility, such as sidings or shunting and marshalling tracks, technical equipment for loading and unloading, for washing, for maintenance and available storage capacity; information on private branch lines and sidings that are not part of the railway infrastructure, but are needed to get access to the service facilities which are essential for the provision of railway transport services; (*8) to be filled in if there is a change in the information in the point (*10) (*9) information on charges for getting access to the Service Facilities and the charges for the use of each of the rail-related services supplied therein (in accordance with EU Regulation Article 4(2)(m) (*10) information on principles of discount schemes offered to the applicants, while respecting commercial confidentiality requirements. Romania (*13) In accordance with Article 8 of EU Regulation 2017/2177 - Requests for access to service facilities and use of rail-related services: (1) Requests for access to service facilities and use of rail-related services may be made by applicants. (2) Applicants shall indicate in their requests the service facility or the rail-related services for which they have requested access, or both. Operators of service facilities shall not make the access to the facility or supply of a rail-related service subject to mandatory purchase of other services which are not related to the service requested. (3) The operator of a service facility shall acknowledge receipt of a request without undue delay. When the request does not contain all the information required in accordance with the service facility description and necessary to take a decision, the operator of a service facility concerned shall inform the applicant thereof and shall set a reasonable deadline for submitting the missing information. If such information is not submitted within that deadline, the request may be rejected. Information on the minimum content and format of a request for access to service facilities and rail-related services, or a template for such a request; (*14) The descriptions of the response to requests as set out in Article 9 of EU Regulation 2017/2177. Moreover, a description of the coordination procedure and the regulatory measures referred to in Article 10, and the criteria referred to in Article 11 of EU Regulation 2017/2177.
