Romania Annex no. 3 to the CFR SA Activity Contract for the period of time 2021-2025 The Complete List of the Names of the Charges that may be levied by CFR SA from the Rail Operators or, as the case may be, from the Applicants, for the additional services provided to them (Provided for in art. 6 paragraph (1) letter v of the Contract) 1. CHARGES FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER SERVICE INFRASTRUCTURES (In accordance with paragraph 2 of Annex II - Law no. 202/2016) 1.1. Charge for commercial stops of passenger trains in stations and movement halts 1.2. Charge for renting spaces for ticket offices/information offices/automatic ticketing machines 1.3. Access charge of the shunting convoys to/from railway infrastructure 1.4. Charge for shunting of the railway vehicles 1.5. Charges for stabling on the lines of the National Railway Company "CFR" - S.A. of rolling stock that does not belong to CNCF „CFR” - S.A: a) Charge for operational stabling; b) Charge for long-term stabling; c) Charge for stabling to loading/unloading of the wagons. 1.6. Charges for the transport of CNCF "CFR" - S.A. cranes and intervention trains to restore traffic 1.7. Charge for using intervention trains to restore traffic. 2. CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES PERFORMED BY CFR, AT THE REQUEST OF RTO (In accordance with paragraph 3 of Annex II - Law no. 202/2016) 2.1. Charge for exceptional consignments 2.2. OTHER CHARGES 4.1. Basic charges for drawing up train paths 4.2. Charge for carrying out experiments to increase towing tonnages or changing the modality of towing trains 4.3 Charge for interrupting the suspension of the movement activity.
