Required documents for concluding the acces contract on the railway infrastructure (CFR-RU)

România Documents Required for Concluding the Access Contract (CFR – RU) 1. Application for concluding the Access Contract. 2. Copy of the document certifying the registration of the RU with the Trade Registry. 3. Copy of the RU's Statute. 4. The notification of the number of the account opened with the bank through which the RU carries out its business, as well as the creditworthiness certificate of the RU. 5. The railway transport license of the RU valid for at least 3 months from the date of the application for concluding the Access Contract. 6. The safety certificate of the RU for supplying railway transport services on the railway network. 7. Declaration on the RU representative's own responsibility showing his capacity (position and company he represents) as well as the fact that he is a signatory of the access contract with CFR. 8. Insurance of the RU. 9. The convention for ensuring the aid locomotives for the RU’s trains, or Declaration on its own responsibility that the RU’s accepts the auxiliary locomotive from any RU’s. 10. The convention on ensuring the training of the RU’s personnel or the certificate for performing the training through its own bodies. 11. The procedure for performing the technical inspections and the brake test on the RU's trains. 12. The forms “Wagon Display”, “Railroad Map”, "Braking Sheet”, “Event Report”, ”Notification” for the defect wagons, used by the RU. 13. Other documents requested by CFR. ______________________________________________________________________________________ After concluding the Access Contract, the following documents are required: 14. The evidence of setting up a guarantee in favour of CFR in accordance with the provisions of the Access Contract. 15. Agreement for the supply of electric traction energy, even if the RU does not own electric traction units (for the cases of auxiliary electric locomotives, leased electric locomotives, etc.). 16. The convention on work security concluded between CFR and the RU. 17. The convention on fire protection concluded between CFR and the RU. 18. Convention on environmental protection between CFR – RU.
