For renovations: a) the list of end-of-works certificates, certificates of acceptance of works. issued in accordance with the national legislation; b) justification of compliance with the description of the target and of the description of the investment in the CID, including the compliance with the ‘do no significant harm’ Technical Guidance (2021/C58/01) for the libraries that shall be renovated.

On the basis of a sample that may be selected by the Commission, at a minimum the following documentary evidence shall be submitted for each library digitalised:
