For the technical assistance:

a) a report issued by the Ministry of Health including the outcome of the assistance provided for the development and integration of digital health solutions in the health system. For trainings: a) a list of the individual certificates, including official references of each certificate, proving that the training programmes have been completed. Personal data shall be anonymised/blacklined whenever

not necessary; b) the number of candidates enrolled to the training sessions, and unique identifier of the candidates enrolled. c) the type of training provided with detail of its content and learning format used.
