On the basis of a sample that may be selected by the Commission, at a minimum the following documentary evidence shall be submitted for each sites/project selected:

a) Copy of the completion/acceptance certificate, signed by contractor and contracting authority, in accordance with the national legislation. b) copy of all EIA and permits obtained c) certificate issued by MTI , indicating the length of the railway, that the railways are conforming to
