Romania requested to modify these 92 measures due to objective circumstances. In addition, the proposed amendments to the Romania recovery and resilience plan aim to adapt the plan in line with the Communication from the Commission to the European Parliament and the Council “NextGenerationEU – the Road to 2026”1. Based on the assessment of the submitted modification, the Romanian modified plan receives an A-rating on all criteria except for costing, where the plan receives a B-rating (unchanged from the original plan assessment).
