• • Following the request of the MEA, comments were submitted on the draft Opinion AND PERSONNEL DATA

on Romania of the Council of Europe Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities;

• • Following the request of the Ministry of Labour and the Permanent Representa-

tion of Romania to the EU, comments were submitted on the draft Directive on implementing the principle of equal treatment between persons, irrespective of religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation.

• • Following the request of the DAE, position papers were submitted to the Social

Questions Working Party (SQWP) on the proposal for a Council Decision au- thorising the ratification by Member States of the ILO Convention (No 190) on violence and harassment;
