As regards the discrimination criteria the situation of the investigated cases is as follows: 6 ethnicity, 3 disability, 1 gender, 1 age, 1 sexual orientation, 2 political criticism, 1 non-contagious chronic disease, 1 beliefs, 1 trade union membership, 8 no criterion – 1 case had 2 discrimination criteria. A total of 183 people were interviewed during the investigations conducted in 2023, with an average of approximately 8 people/investigation. Of these, 39 persons were from Bucharest and Ilfov county and 144 persons from the rest of the country.
